Technical Leadership

Throughout my career, I have taken on leadership responsibilities within my teams. At Hostinger, I was tasked with leading the support team for the newly launched Niaga Hoster subsidiary. In my roles at the Directorate General of Taxes (DJP), I was a senior developer and architect on major projects like SIKKA and DJPConnect, where I helped guide technical decisions and mentor other developers.

Project Execution

I have been responsible for the end-to-end execution of dozens of projects. This involves translating requirements into technical tasks, estimating effort, and ensuring the project stays on track. I am familiar with agile principles and have worked in environments that value iterative development, collaboration, and responding to change.
